1. To be eligible to attend SDMUN Conference, Participants must be 18 or over at the time of registration.
2. You must send us your complete details as you will be attending the conference by means of completing the online registration at

3. Please check the accuracy of the information you provide on your application form carefully, including any dietary or special access
requirements, as SDMUN cannot be held responsible for errors.
4. SDMUN will not be responsible for any action taken by the government or public authority of any kind including not granting consent or
clearance of attendance.
5. Delegates are responsible for ensuring their own safety and security whilst spending time in the host city. SDMUN disclaims any liability
for loss or damage to delegates or their property, including bodily injury, unless solely attributable to the gross negligence of willful
misconduct of SDMUN.
6. Delegates can only participate by adhering to the deadlines on registrations, be it as an individual delegate or as a delegation.
7. All matters regarding country allocation and council preference will be arranged based on the decision of the committee.

Observer Eligibility
1. Observer can be anyone at any age which includes and not limited to teacher, parents, guardian, mentor, siblings of the delegates that
want to experience Smart Diplomats Model United Nations without directly participating in the meeting sessions.

Registration Deadlines:
1. SDMUN Registrations shall only be conducted through the official website of Smart Diplomats MUN.
2. Upon registration, the delegates will have to fill all the required information.

Mode of Payments:
1. All fees are non-refundable.
2. The provision of payment will be informed in the letter of commitment that will be provided by the committee.
3. All Payments shall only be done through our official website i.e. (www.smartnation.com.tr) or (www.smartdiplomats.com).
4. Smart Nation will neither acknowledge, nor be responsible for any payments done to any individual claiming to be an ambassador or Official of Smart Nation. Payments can be made through Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or International Wire Transfer.

Refund Policy:
1. All Payments are Non-Refundable.
2. However, delegates who have paid their fee in full can transfer their Participation to another destination or obtain a Credit Voucher of the paid amount as per the terms and conditions mentioned in “Credit Voucher & Transfer Policy”

Conference Cancellation:
1. Delegates who request compensation will be reimbursed in the amount paid when the conference is canceled.
2. The process of returning the amount to my representatives takes 30 days or more depending on the country, type of bank and return
policies.

Code of Conduct:
1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any information provided will disqualify them from participation in Smart Diplomats Model United Nations and the Smart Diplomats Model United Nations activities and falsification of information or impersonation may result in legal actions.
2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Smart Diplomats Model United Nations, and should the Smart Diplomats Model United Nations Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without refund.
3. Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Turkiye while participating in Smart Diplomats Model United Nations.
4. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to the facilities of the conference and social event venues.
5. Unforeseen events such as illness, accidents, among other things and the emergence of unexpected costs during the conference will be the participant’s responsibility.
6. Participants understand the full assumption of risks and acknowledge that Smart Diplomats Model United Nations and its committee, elected representatives and employees, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.
7. Participants must be aware that sexual harassment is highly condemned in this event. The possession of illegal drugs and weapons is also prohibited. Should the participants fail to abide by this regulation, the respective participants will be disqualified from the event and asked to return to his/her country immediately.
8. While we are committed to welcome individuals with disabilities or health conditions, the event committee is unable to offer personal assistance during the event. We recommend bringing a guardian or companion during the conference.
